DOCKHAND - WANTED

Our client is the world’s largest express transportation company. They are looking for reliable and enthusiastic candidates to join their team as a Dockhand based in Carrington.

Responsibilities include:

• Unload Linehaul trailer and dock stack
• Assisting with freight allocation
• Manual Handling
• Assist with loading outbound freight into Trailers and Cages

What we can offer you:

• $40 p/h
• Monday – Friday day shift
• 2 x 4hr shifts per day. Morning 6:00am – 10:00am and Afternoon 1:30pm – 5:30pm split shifts.
• Roles with view to permanency
• Upskilling opportunities

What you’ll need to succeed:

To be considered we are looking for candidates who have the following:

• A can-do attitude, willingness to be trained on the job & high adherence to safety in the workplace
• A physical capability to perform manual work
• Ability to provide two recent work-related referees
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & police check
• Forklift Licence advantageous
